Your service includes 4 bags per month. We provide two Elite Laundry service burgundy bags with your first order. You can schedule or drop these bags anytime during the month.

We will deliver or you can pickup your laundry order. Turnaround is 48 hours (home delivery not available on weekends). We can text**, email, or call you when your order is ready for pickup or when we are going to deliver.

Elite Laundry Service: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The Elite laundry bags are 22"x28" and therefore hold about 30-35lbs of laundry on average.
It's easy. We require a credit card on file when you sign up online or over the phone.
Pickups are done on your specified day, Mon-Fri between 9am-4pm. Just leave it out; you don't even have to be home for us!
You get 4 bag pickups per month. You can use in any configuration. So two bags twice a month, 1 bag per week, or 4 bags once a month. It's really up to you! Your subscription includes two laundry bags that we deliver with your first completed order.
You can put your first laundry order out in a standard 30-40 gallon household trash bag. We will send back your new Elite Laundry Service bags when we bring back your order.
We CANNOT service pillows or hand wash only items at all. We also CANNOT service dry clean only items, drapes, severely soiled items, items with bug infestation issues, or items requiring special treatments such as water repellent as part of the Flat Rate Elite Laundry Service. These items have separate procedures and pricing. If you have these items, call or email us for details.
We do not prorate for cancellation or mid-month starts. You get 4 bags regardless where you start in during the month. Once the month is paid the sale is final.
Unfortunately, no. Business or Wholesale accounts are priced based on volume, frequency, type of laundry being sent, and other factors.
Absolutely not. Our drivers do not accept cash tips so no akward pressure.
Oops, it happens. You have two options. You can either; Bring your order to your closest local Spin Cycle location OR Send in two bags on the next pickup day. If you bring it to the store you will also have to pick it up when complete. Because the driver is on a tight schedule unfortunately they cannot come back after they leave you.
We hope you love us but we know things change. Because this is a VERY discounted program we cannot prorate for cancellation. Once the month is paid the sale is final. However, as long as you let us know prior to the first of the following month that you wish to cancel, we can stop the charge.
Absolutely! However, no matter when you start during the month you will be entitled to only the 4 bags in the program. It is a "use it or lose it" program.
